NMLS Webinar Policy & Procedure

These procedures help ensure our live NMLS webinar courses meet all regulatory requirements so you receive full credit for your attendance.

Enrollment & Notifications

Upon enrollment, students receive a confirmation with course details and portal login information. Five days before class, students receive an email covering attendance, rescheduling, and conduct rules. Additional reminders are sent three days and one day before the webinar.

Rules of Conduct

The NMLS Rules of Conduct (ROC) ensure integrity in education delivery. Participants must sign the ROC document upon their first portal login. Failure to sign the ROC before the class start time prevents webinar access and requires rescheduling.

Attendance Requirements

Per NMLS standards, students must remain visible via webcam throughout the entire session. Credit is awarded only if a student attends the full session and complies with all identity-verification requirements, including presenting a government-issued ID on camera. Partial attendance or absence requires retaking the complete course.

Rescheduling Fees

  • Requests submitted 3 or more business days before the webinar date are free.
  • Federal CE / PE courses: $50 fee for late changes.
  • State Law CE / PE courses: $25 fee for late changes.

Refunds

Refunds for webinar courses follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including all conditions, applicable fees, and deadlines described there.
